Frontier AI models have no native way to interface with the physical world. Auki builds the bridge: the posemesh, a decentralized protocol that gives digital devices a shared understanding of physical space, and the deployment layer on top of it, running today in live retail environments with major chains across Europe and Southeast Asia.
What botshift builds on it
A robot on the Auki network knows where it is, what the space around it contains, and how to move through it. botshift builds the working layer on top of that spatial foundation: the conversation, the task logic, the business system integrations, and the fleet operations that turn a spatially-aware robot into working staff.

A partnership with history
This partnership runs deeper than most. Nils Pihl, founder and CEO of Auki Labs, is a botshift co-founder and advisor. Alex Ronalds, CEO of botshift, served as Chief Product Officer of Auki Labs. The two companies share a conviction: the hardest problems in physical AI are solved by deployment, not demos.
